Works continue at pace over at our 77 Unit Ratcliffe Cross St project on behalf of Notting Hill Genesis.
At Site A, the reinforced concrete (RC) frame has reached the 6th floor and scaffolding is progressing well.
Plywood sheeting is being carefully installed to the rail side elevation.
The metsec frame for the building façade has now commenced.
At Site B, the reinforced concrete (RC) frame has now reached the 6th floor with columns starting to climb 7th floor.
Scaffold continues with plywood sheeting installation to the rail side elevation.
The development is due to complete in the summer of 2020.
