At Block B, we’ve completed the 2nd floor brickwork and placed hollow core planks on the 3rd floor. At Block A, we’ve finished the 1st floor walls and the 2nd floor hollow core planks. Now, we’re building walls on the 2nd floor.

Meanwhile, our plumber has commenced work and started to run the waste pipes. We’ve had several Building Control and Clerk of Works visits and we’re happy to say that all is progressing 100% smoothly.

Our latest residents’ newsletter has gone out, informing everyone of our latest progress. We’re currently on time and starting to dismantle the façade retention in order to reveal the existing frontage, which we will clean and make good.
