We’re making excellent progress with the construction of 104 new apartments for Metropolitan Housing Trust on an infill site site at Barrington Road, Brixton, adjoining the Loughborough Estate.

This residential development is laid out over three blocks varying in height from 5 – 8 storeys. 23 units will be for affordable rent with the remainder available as shared ownership.
