At Block A, we’ve painted the walls white and fitted the lights and electrics. The main entry doors have been installed and the pre-plaster work has been completed. We’ve closed up the ceilings and the plastering is in progress on the top floor. Now the carpentry is moving ahead to levels 5, 6 and 7 and the kitchen and bathroom installation is progressing well to level 2. We are currently laying the flooring on levels 5 and 6 and tiling has commenced on the ground floor.
At Block B, we’ve completed the plastering quality inspections, closed up the ceilings at the high levels and both lifts are progressing well. The kitchen installations are in progress and we are laying the flooring on the lower levels. The 1st fix mechanical and engineering has been completed and now we’re moving on to decorate the lower levels.
