Both buildings are going up side by side, at Ratcliffe Cross Street. We’re putting in the windows now on the 5th and 6th floors. The screed has been laid up to the 7th and 8th floors, with new brickwork up to the 4th floor.
The facade work is now 85% complete and both the Metsec frame and insulation are finished. Meanwhile, the 1st fix mechanical and electrical (M & E) has begun on the ground floor.
Work is underway on the first fix for the internal partitions and the party walls on the 8th floor. We’re also making our way through the communal and internal structures up to the 8th floor. The project team are mid-way through laying the underground district heating pipework that will link the two buildings together.
We are on target for completion in 2020.
