At Ratcliffe Cross Street, we’ve completed the external facade to Block A. Internally, we’re closing up the walls and ceiling on the ground and 1st floor. Mechanical and Engineering (M&E) has been completed up to first fix. Work on the floor layers is due to commence and the carpentry is also about to start. Both lifts are in process of installation.
At Block B, the external facade is 75% completed. The M & E 1st fix installation is due to be completed next week. The internal partitions to the flats have been completed. Now the walls and ceilings ‘closing up’ work is due to commence in the next two weeks.
The installation of the roof is in progress and the inspections throughout both buildings for M&E and fire safety have met with full approval.

Welcome to our new apprentices. We have two new plumbers joining our trainee site manager.

Kieran Ashton says “It’s really hard to get jobs and training. I’m a plumber’s buddy learning and working at the same time as a sub-contractor for T4. I’ve got 2 years of college and outdoor experience. Now I’m on a journey”.
