At Block A Marius and his team have:

• Completed the 1^st fix electrical and mechanical
• Carried out the pre-plaster inspections on the upper levels
• Closed up the ceilings from Ground floor to level 5
• Continued the plastering from the ground floor to level 5
• Made progress on the carpentry for the doors, skirting and architrave from the ground to 1^st floor
• Worked on installing the kitchens to the ground and 1^st Floor
• Installed the flooring and completed it up to level 3
• Commenced the 2^nd fix for the Mechanical and Electrical
• Completed the lifts installation
• Completed the 1^st fix mechanical and electrical in communal areas
• Carried out the pre-plaster inspections

At Block B, the team have:

• Completed the 1^st fix electrical and mechanical
• Carried out the pre-plaster inspections carried out
• Been closing up the ceilings and plaster from 2^nd Floor to 5^th Floor
• Commenced the installations of both lifts
• Completed the 1^st fix mechanical and electrical in communal areas
• Carried out the pre-plaster inspections
