Works are progressing well on this exciting mixed-use development of 22 apartments and commercial space built over 2 blocks and are on schedule.  We have been busy behind the historic retained façade, which we carefully supported in order to protect from damage.

Our team has demonstrated their skills on this tricky site, where we have had to manage 42 party wall agreements and sensitively manage logistics in a busy high street setting.

We managed to dig out the basement in this confined site in sixteen weeks which is large enough to accommodate a gym or restaurant and are now constructing the two main blocks.

The apartments range from 1 – 3 bedrooms and will be completed in April 2020.
