Works are moving fast at Ratcliffe Cross Street. On Block A we’ve completed the window installation. We’ve 90% completed the external facade and this should be finalised in the next few weeks. Our team has completed 50% of the external facade to Block B, the roof coverings are going on now and are also due to complete in the next two weeks.
The internal flat partitioning is in progress on both blocks and 50% finished. The mechanical and electrical installation is up to level 4 and also 50% completed. Both cranes will leave the site in the next two weeks. The views from the upper floors stretch right across London to Canary Wharf.
We’re delighted to announce that Marius-Cornel Vasile has been promoted to Site Manager from Assistant Site Manager.
