At Block A, Keith Brady, Project Manager and his team have:

• Removed the façade scaffold
• Erected the cantilever scaffold to the façade at a high level to rebuild the existing façade
• Started work on the existing façade brickwork
• Commenced the 1^st fix – mechanical
• Begun work on the roof carcass

And at Block B, they’ve:

• Screeded the main roof
• Started work on the main roof coverings
• Continued the brickwork cleaning
• Commenced the mechanical/electrical/drylining 1^st fix
• Begun the works to the rear garden
