We’re finishing up the concrete frame now and putting in the last pre-cast slab. The ground floor lifts are completed up to the 1st floor and our plumbers have started ducting.
The plant room has been wired and is ready for mains and flat distributions. Work is continuing on the communal areas. Meanwhile the Metsec internal walls are complete from the ground up to 2nd floor and the M & E work is progressing well.
