We’re at the stage of laying the last 30% of the 2nd floor slab and expecting delivery of the balconies to complete the 2nd floor and commence work on the 3rd floor. The staircases are arriving shortly for the atrium.
From the week commencing 15th July, we’re starting work on the brickwork, from underground up to the floor slab. By the end of the month, we’ll start work on the external façade.
