A warm welcome to Dennis Callan – new Project Manager at Lyttelton.

At our Lyttelton site, the steel frame structure (SFS) has started. We’ve installed the 2nd floor and pre-cast staircase down. The 3rd floor is now 100% complete and the 3rd – 4th floor columns including the atrium are set in place. The framework for the 4th floor is ready and the mechanical and engineering (M&E) work has started. The bricklayer has now commenced work on the ground floor.
