We were delighted to attend the Considerate Constructors Workshop Forum held recently at Arundel House in London

Aimed at those who already have a good understanding of the Scheme and wish to advance their knowledge of considerate construction, the workshop explains how to perform beyond compliance using examples taken from the National Site Awards and Considerate Constructors Best Practice Hub.

Peter O’Connor, Head of Pre-Construction & Compliance at Guildmore said:

“We are proud to be involved with the Considerate Constructors Scheme because the scheme reflects our Company’s ‘Respect for People’ initiative, which is central to our way of conducting business. By starting with respect for our employees and their working conditions, we can also achieve respect for the public through good working practices. Being considerate and respectful is an attitude/belief that we extend to the local Environment, Members of the Public and Society in general thus enabling the principles of being a considerate contractor to apply.

The Ethos of the CCS fully reflects the “Guildmore Way”. Our people are committed to achieving excellence in their specific areas. Guildmore’s support for the scheme is unquestionable and we actively encourage all of our people to aim for the most ambitious and highest of standards”.
