Guildmore has secured a new build contract to construct 49 new apartments in Foxley Lane, Purley, in conjunction with partners Optivo.

The contract involves the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new three-storey building. Works are due to commence on this exciting development to deliver 8 one bed, 36 two bed and 5 three bed apartments.

Working closely with partners Optivo, the affordable housing provider, we aim to maximise social impact. Optivo is widely recognised for working with residents, local authorities and partners to create safe and sustainable homes and communities.

Purley’s attractive and bustling town centre offers a superb choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, with excellent schools in close proximity including popular Wallington Girls, Wilson’s, John Fisher, Margaret Roper and Thomas Moore. 

Foxley Lane is situated less than 15 miles away from Central London and only 0.8 miles from Purley Mainline Train Station with direct links to London Victoria and London Bridge in 24 minutes. The M25 is just 20 minutes away giving fast access to motorways, Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Croydon town centre is easily accessible with the soon to be built Westfield shopping mall. Local health and leisure clubs, plus excellent golf courses, recreation grounds and open spaces are all close by.
