At Frampon Arms, the waterproofing work is in progress. We’ve laid the 1st layer of felt and the tanking should be finished this week. We’ve 40% completed the waterproofing on the west block and work on the other two buildings will start next week. The M & E is ongoing. Meanwhile the scaffolding is 80% complete and due to complete this week.

We’ve engaged 3 local residents from Hackney and 2 apprentices.
Local apprentice plumber – Shah Alam has a 3 day placement. Shah is a Hackney resident and is taking part in a K10 apprenticeship. “It’s a fresh start for me” says Shah.
Local Hackney traffic marshall/gateman – Andrew Frimpong.
Local site labourer and welfare officer – Gary Smith is another local resident who has recently joined the team.
