On the west block, our superstructure frame is 98% complete. We’ll start laying the internal brickwork next week and external brickwork will follow. The scaffolding commences on 22nd July, with the centre block 95% complete on the frame. The last roof is ready to pour.
The East block framework is 100% complete. We’re just waiting for the masonry works to start on the week commencing 15th July. Scaffolding will follow on 22nd July.
We’re aiming to commence the SFS (steel frame structure) for the external walls on 29th July for both blocks and hoping for good weather for all the external works.
