At Guildmore, we’re committed to ‘Building Communities’ and believe in the benefits of a diverse workforce. Currently over 5% of our workforce are trainees or apprentices and we work closely with the Council to provide Hackney residents with apprenticeship and trainee opportunities.

Here are four of our local Hackney resident labourers with our two site managers. Below, you can see our apprentice Assistant Site Manager, showing his ‘Apprentice of the Month’ certificate. Well done Jacob Manzi.
