At our Peckham Rye project, Block A, we’ve placed the 3rd floor planks and commenced the brickwork on the final floor.

At Block B. We’ve completed the brickwork on the 3rd floor and finished the steels for the roof. Next week, we’ll be ready to fit the roof beams. The plumber has first-fixed the ground, 1st and 2nd floors. Now we’re preparing to fit the ground and 1st floor screeds.

Building control and clerk of work visits have all been successful.

Local labour

Out of 26 labourers employed on-site, we’re pleased to say that 11 are locals. Our local labourers cover a wide range of jobs from bricklayers, labourers, superstructure trades, gatemen  to traffic marshalls.
