Tunbridge Wells

Tunbridge Wells Care Centre is located in the historic town of Tunbridge Wells within easy reach of the town, Calverley and Dunorlan Parks and the picturesque Pantiles with its galleries, shops and cafés.

TWCC (registered for 70 residents, offers both long and short term care packages) provides the highest quality of care with dignity and respect across three dedicated nursing floors. Each floor benefits from their own comfortable lounge, fully appointed dining room and family quiet room. Luxury en-suite bedrooms all have flat-screen TV’s with integral DVD, and the Home benefits from an innovative, intelligent nurse-call system.

Waterhall Care Centre

• In partnership with Milton Keynes Primary Care Trust

Guildmore Ltd was delighted to be asked to undertake a specialist development at Waterhall Care Centre Bletchley, Milton Keynes to develop an annexe on the ground floor for the National Health Service, who wanted a build to suit the needs of people who required an in-patient acute mental health assessment facility.

Topas unit was constructed to meet a specific standard provided by the NHS, therefore considerable care and attention was needed to ensure through design, it was safe, comfortable with a subtle but effective use of interior development to avoid the potential for physical harm. All amenities had to be of exceptional standard and the overall environment welcoming, with maximum use of natural light and ample interior space. Our achievement is shown in the success of the unit.
