The key elements of our employment initiatives are:

  • Job preparation training for careers in the construction and care industries
  • Customer Care Initiatives – to develop the most helpful, friendly and desirable places to work, shop and live
  • To encourage local businesses to sign up employees for training
  • To give locals the best possible chance to access local job opportunities
  • To enable unemployed local people to join the labour market
    • To raise awareness and equip residents to take advantage of all the employment opportunities that we create locally
