It was an amazing day, an incredible effort and a huge team building challenge at the Bear Grylls 5K Survival Race Challenge on 30th September for Team Guildmore Gryllsmore. We ran through woodlands, fields and hills, carried logs, ate worms, jumped over fire, swam through ditches, waded through mud, clambered up netting and hauled ourselves over walls. We started as a team and finished as a team.
