Prior to the commencement of construction works Guildmore Limited shall ensure that any necessary contact with external services are arranged, particularly as regards first-aid, emergency medical care and rescue work.
The emergency services will be provided with a full outline of the works to be undertaken including the number of operatives that will be engaged during the demolition, refurbishment and new build.

Guildmore Ltd will establish a site emergency plan giving full details of their arrangements for First Aid and Fire, incidents.
During each day Guildmore will ensure the following resources are available,
- Competent site management
- First aiders
- Fire Marshals
- Visiting Health and Safety Manager

Guildmore will ensure all elements of the project are left secure to prevent 3rd party access,
