Frampton Arms & Lyttelton house
We are building new homes at the site of the former Frampton Arms pub, and where Lyttelton House is currently, on the Frampton Park estate.
On the 28th April at Frampton Park Baptist Church, Frampton Park Rd, London E9 7PQ between the hours of 10:00am and 12:30pm. Guildmore delivered a presentation to the local residents and stakeholder and those affected by our upcoming project in Hackney. We met with the local community and answered any questions they may have had regarding our new development.
The two sites that form this project lie on the boundary of Frampton Park Estate, about a quarter of a mile apart. The strategy for both sites is to maintain the positive qualities of the existing buildings whilst offering a new face to the estate from Well Street. Frampton Arms
These sites are part of Hackney Council’s borough-wide 2,760-home estate regeneration programme, which is one of London’s largest schemes for building homes for social renting, shared ownership, and private sale, now in its fourth year with 201 for social renting, 20 for shared ownership/equity, and 42 for private sale built so far, and more than 300 expected to start on site this year.
