Now in the pre-development stage, we’ll start work on the construction project at the end of June/ early July. Boulcott St, which links Willis St to The Terrace, was originally named Hinau Hill. By 1868, the road had become known as Boulcott St, named after English financier John Ellerker Boulcott.

This year we’ll be delighted to construct a whole new development at London Dockers’ Athlete & Social Club at Boulcott Street, much loved by the local community for its arts, cultural, sport and social events. London Dockers’ Athlete & Social Club provides sports activities for a number of football teams.

We’re ready to construct an 8-storey building with two superb community facilities on the ground and 1st floor, each spread across 9000 ft² with superior residential accommodation above – 25 flats, to include 9 x 1 bedroom, 13 x 2 bedroom and 3 x 3 bedroom units and four affordable housing apartments.
