Potential agreements may include an unconditional purchase, joint ventures, subject to planning contracts, and options to promote your land for development long-term. Whatever the right approach for your site, we’ll help you find it.

Agents

We’re proud of our existing relationship with Land Agents as we understand the important role they play in the acquisition process.

We will:

  • Always pay an agent’s confirmed fee in full should we acquire the site
  • Always retain an agent should the site be sold on
