The forthcoming construction works at George Lane, Lewisham will shortly commence. Over the course of the next year we will demolish the existing buildings and construct five new 3 bedroom houses along with one single 1 bedroom property.
We’ll commence work on site on 9th October 2017 with a programme of demolition and site clearance works, then underpinning some existing site boundaries.
At the next stage, we’ll commence piling works and bore into the ground to install reinforcement for the foundations associated with the new properties.
Key Activities Next 3 Months:
- 9th October – Demolition, Site Clearance and Underpinning – approx. 4-week duration
- 9th November – Piling, Ground Preparation & Foundations – approx. 6 Weeks duration
We will of course use our best endeavours to minimise the disruption on all neighbours, and will keep local residents to date with regular news bulletins and information leaflets as the project progresses. Our site will have temporary lighting and security for the duration of the project.
