Fundraising

At Guildmore, we make it part of our everyday business to raise money for charity projects. Many of our staff choose these issues because they are at the heart of our industry and some, just because we feel that we want to make a difference. Everyone at Guildmore gets involved and from running to cake sales to bike rides and raffles, we do all we can to improve the lives of others.

Delighted to present CRASH Charity with a £600 donation

2019 couldn’t have started in a better way for us. We were delighted to receive this certificate of appreciation from CRASH Charity for raising £600 through donations for our Christmas Jumper Day. So we had all the fun of wearing the jumpers and a very good feeling to have helped CRASH Charity offer assistance to hospices and homelessness charities throughout the UK with their building projects. Our donation will be added to the funds that go to provide free professional expertise and building materials to help create places that care for people who are homeless and those receiving end of life care in a hospice.

In 2018, we were proud to help fundraise for CRASH Charity at the 5K Rough Runner

On Saturday 8th September, our indefatigable team rose to the challenge of fundraising once more for CRASH Charity who do great work in helping homelessness and hospice projects within the construction industry. We entered a 5K Rough Runner in Finsbury Park and were proud to be named as the number 1 fundraiser leaders for CRASH Charity.

In 2017 we were proud to raise £4745.00 for CRASH Charity

This year we took part in the Bear Grylls 5K Survival Challenge in aid of CRASH Charity. CRASH is able to help homelessness and hospice projects with their building projects.

They do this by offering free of charge professional expertise and advice, supplying free of charge materials and technical expertise of how to use them and awarding cash grants.

The CRASH policy is to support charities with practical elements of their building projects. We and CRASH Charity believe this can hugely improve the experience of the construction process for the charities we help, and create better places for the people you care for to live and work.

Well designed and expertly built environments have a positive effect on how we all feel and behave. This is especially true for homeless, vulnerable or sick people and those who care for them.
