New Project – Frampton Arms and Lyttelton House

In April 2018, Guildmore were appointed by to build three new 5-storey buildings on the former Frampton Arms site, accommodating 20 new residential units for shared-ownership and social rent, including family homes of three bedrooms. There will also be a new part 4-storey plus part 5-storey building on the Lyttelton House site, accommodating 25 new residential units for shared-ownership and outright sale, including family homes of three bedrooms.

The design for the three new 5-storey buildings on the former Frampton Arms site requiress:

  • two wheelchair
  • adaptable units
  • secure storage for 40 bicycles
  • ten visitors’ cycle spaces
  • two disabled parking bays
  • amenity space in the form of individual balconies
  • extensive landscaping adjacent to the site with play facilities

The design for the new part 4-storey and part 5-storey building on the Lyttelton House site requires:

  • two wheelchair adaptable units
  • secure storage for 50 bicycles
  • ten visitors’ cycle spaces
  • two disabled-parking spaces
  • six on-street parking spaces
  • amenity space in the form of individual balconies
  • extensive landscaping adjacent to the site with play facilities
